Refund policy

If You Receive a Damaged Item: If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@empresscandleshop.com to get a replacement or refund sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the damaged item shipped back. Disclaimer: We are not responsible for shipping partner mishandlings.

Please note that you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You must return your item within 7 days of delivery to receive your refund or replacement.

When your return is received, it will be checked and inspected. A notification email will be sent stating the approval or rejection of the return. The approval/rejection would be based on the condition of the item when received. If the item is in its original condition and unused, you may receive a return or replacement. If otherwise, your return would not be approved. We are not responsible for our shipping partners' mishandlings. 

Empress Candles cannot be held liable for the loss of items being returned.
